Description:
As of now we have developed modification of hydraulic dampers for installation of the carriers suspension in passenger cars of the following types:
Hydro damper is intended for installation of the carriers suspension in passenger cars:
- in the central suspension stage — in tilt positions;
- in the central suspension stage with separate damping — in vertical and horizontal positions;
- in the axlebox suspension stage.
It is used and effectively performs in vertical, horizontal and tilt positions. The product has passed all kinds of testing, was certified and the design solutions were patented, and meets all the modern requirements for
The damping system for passenger cars that includes unified hydrodampers in the central and bolster stages of the suspension and is most effective for damping of vibrations in all the range from 0 to 15 Hz. Implementation of the all types bogies of the passenger car.
We also have designed and manufactured hydraulic dampers for trucks 68–7007, 68–7012, 68–7041, 68–7044, 68–7047, with central suspension stage, with separate damping, and with axlebox suspension.
Among our new innovations are dampers for wobbling and skidding.

All of the claimed advantages are confirmed with the comparison test results conducted in the testing area of the
Figure 1 indicates the results of tests performed in the speed testing area of VNIIZhT comparing dynamic stresses in the bolster stage of the carriage suspension of passenger cars with the standard damping system and with the prototype damping system by RDC «TECHINDUSTRY». Based on the data produced in the course of the test it was concluded that implementation of the prototype damping system by RDC «TECHINDUSTRY» dynamic stresses reduce more than by two times compared to the standard system.
The comparison testing objective of dropping a car equipped with the standard and the prototype damping system from wedges (Fig.2) was checking of conformance of the car ride performance to technological normative documentation and comparison of the two systems' performance.
