We have a modern testing facility allowing outgoing testing of hydro dampers and fine-tuning of new design findings. The high degree of credibility of such testing is ensured by modern Hydraulic testing facilities, manufactured by RDC «TECHINDUSTRY» independently.

Test equipment makes it possible to conduct a complete bench testing of dampers of all types, constructions and modifications, and to measure necessary technical characteristics for particular speeds and frequencies.

Bench testing is an important part of the quality assurance system which ensures reliability of hydraulic dampers. Bench testing becomes of special importance when used for testing new modifications of hydraulic dampers, namely for designing and testing construction solutions.

All the measurements are stored in a data base. When required, this base can be used to do a comparative analysis, analysis of deviations, and for consolidation of the data base for future design modifications.

The hydraulic testing facilities by RDC «TECHINDUSTRY» are intended for acceptance tests, hand-over tests, hydro dampers testing and also for operational control. Here is the only test bench produced in the Russian Federation, certified and meeting the requirements of state stadards.
